Caplea Coe Architects, Inc. (formerly known as Rosenblum Coe Architects) is a well-known architecture firm serving South Carolina communities for over 46 years. Jeffrey Rosenblum established the firm in 1978 as Rosenblum and Associates. In 2001, Steve Coe became a partner, changing the firm's name to Rosenblum Coe Architects, Inc. After Rosenblum's retirement in 2014 and promotion of Josh Caplea to partner in 2020, the firm was renamed Caplea Coe Architects.

Our firm has evolved over the years, but one thing has remained constant: our commitment to providing the best architectural services to our clients and community. Our expanded leadership is excited to continue this legacy and bring creativity and innovation to all of our ventures. Whether it's a new build, renovation or addition, we bring our passion for design to every project.

Our office is located on James Island, just minutes away from historic downtown Charleston and beautiful Folly Beach.
