This project was for the expansion of the Cosmetology program at the Conway campus. In order for the program to accommodate additional students, it needed to expand into a new building that previously housed a cafeteria used only for specialty meetings. This expansion required a complete interior renovation of 3,830 SF. The renovation added 20 new stations, a classroom, a lab, and a reception area. Our team previously completed a feasibility study for this project that included an analysis of existing utilities, an assessment of the building’s suitability, and an estimate of probable renovation costs.
