The design for this competition track and field was part of a larger master planning effort of an existing 22 acre oil tank farm. The existing site was remediated and the planning included a new fire station, recreational fields and track complex. The track and field program included an area for shotput, discus, long jump and pole vault, in addition to a lighted 8 lane track. The new concessions building includes toilet facilities, storage, ticket sales and a small vending area.
