This Charleston, SC residence received a major renovation, both inside and out, to refresh the outdated house. The  exterior renovations included a new welcoming front entry and a new rear patio that expanded the outdoor entertaining space to encompass the length of the house, with a new covered area. The interior renovations included a total update to the kitchen area, which brought more usable space by adding an island and top of the line appliances. Other renovated areas of the interior included the sitting room, master bedroom, and bathroom.
