Caplea Coe Architects, Inc. 

Caplea Coe Architects, Inc. in association with Hussey Gay Bell was selected to provide planning and design services for a 5.4 acre property that the Town of James Island wanted to turn into a public park. The Town secured the property with Charleston County Greenbelt Funds. This project included the demolition of an existing building on site, and the design/construction of a new covered pavilion which includes restroom facilities, maintenance storage and a large screened in gathering room for picnic tables.
