John's Island Fire Station No 7

This new 5,600 square foot fire station provides critical increased fire protection response time to the northwestern portion of Johns Island. It is a drive-through facility and the apparatus bay can accommodate up to 2 trucks. The residential portion of the facility includes bunks for a rotating staff of 8, lockers for full staff, living and kitchen areas, workout room and laundry facility. The exterior reflects the rural nature of Johns Island as well as the homes surrounding the site.
