This project was for the replacement of an existing greenhouse at TTC's main campus. The new 4,500 SF greenhouse will serve the Horticulture program at TTC. CCA provided construction document services based on the greenhouse system by Stuppy Greenhouse which included rigid polycarb wall and roof systems, automated roof and sidewall ventilation systems, cooling and heating systems, and irrigation system. Our team provided survey of the existing property, civil design and permitting, and MEP design to connect ventilation, heating, irrigation, and shade.
