This project included a major renovation and expansion of the fitness and locker room areas at the MUSC Wellness Center, a public facility open to the entire community. The 900 SF expansion created additional space for new equipment, upgraded rubber flooring, ceiling fans, lights, and TVs, while addressing building infrastructure needs such as repairing a major expansion joint. The locker rooms were fully renovated with new fixtures, tile, lockers, and ceilings, creating a modernized and durable environment.

Both the locker rooms and fitness areas also received new mechanical systems and AC to resolve long-standing humidity issues, improving comfort and functionality. More than just a gym, the MUSC Wellness Center focuses on the development of total well-being, and this renovation enhances its ability to serve the health and wellness needs of the community.
