The project included a major renovation of the locker and fitness areas in the MUSC Wellness Center. The scope of the work for the fitness center included expansion of the fitness area into existing offices, upgraded rubber flooring, new finishes and the repair of a major building expansion joint. The locker room portion included all new bathroom fixtures & accessories, new tile floor, new lockers, new glass tile on select walls and a new ACT ceiling. Both the locker room and weight rooms also received upgrades to the mechanical system to remove the hot humid air that has been constant problem in these rooms.
