This project consisted of a 2-phase renovation to an existing first floor waiting area for the Optical Store. Phase 1 included renovations to the 4 existing exam rooms into a new waiting area and 2 new exam rooms. Phase 2 included renovations to the existing waiting area into a new optical display/sales spaces. The work included architecture, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and installation of a new fire-rated glass wall.
