The Stokes Honda Dealership underwent a renovation and addition to modernize the facility according to the current Honda company standards and provide additional room to accommodate daily operations and rapid growth. One of the primary focuses of the project was to enhance the customer's experience, which includes updating the Honda exterior, expanding the customer lounge, service area, and garage, and renovating the showroom.

The 148,600-SF expansion features a precast concrete parking decks with a service reception area, vehicle service stations, additional showroom, and customer lounge. The parking deck is constructed above the dealership, with the retail spaces on the ground level. This 4-story facility addition added 27 accessible service bays and an increase of inventory storage to over 450 vehicles.

The renovation portion of the project was completed on the existing 2-story, 33,111-SF building. Transformations to this space included upgrades to the current showroom, sales offices, and service area, along with a new building façade to incorporate the Honda's recognizable brand essence.
